I would love provide a review but it is has been over two weeks since I placed my order and since I was notified that my Retub was on its way. It has not arrived or even showed up as being tracked to my chosen delivery location (an Australia Post Parcel Locker located at the Post Restante in Sydney). No one has been in contact with me either by email or phone to let me know what the status is or if there have been any difficulties. I would have thought that this whole thing would have been very straightforward as I've never encountered a problem with having anything bought online being delivery to a parcel locker via Australia Post. It is not convenient for me to have my Retub delivered to my home or to my place of work, hence the reason I use the parcel locker service. Please contact me by phone to work out a solution.
